Cannon Sparks Massage, LLC, d/b/a Elements Therapeutic Massage, is hiring a Massage Therapist. Massage Therapists are expected to: provide massage sessions of varying lengths (30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes) based on client needs; use the intake process to assess client goals and develop an appropriate treatment plan; begin and end all sessions on time while maintaining professional draping and prenatal care protocols; check in with clients regarding pressure at least three times per session (within the first 5 minutes; at the half way point; and within the final 10 minutes); conduct post-session debriefs and recommend follow-up sessions using the provided Reschedule Recommendation Card; complete SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes for each client before leaving the studio; comply with all HIPAA guidelines and applicable state privacy and security regulations.
