Employee may constantly be exposed to hazardous materials such as chemicals, blood, body tissues, fluids, high temperatures, low temperatures, sudden fluctuation in temperatures, seasonal conditions in outside weather, grease, oil, toxins, cytoxins, poisonous substances, dust, bodily injuries, loud or unpleasant noises, high humidity, wetness, electrical hazards, and burns. Duties include repairs, monitoring and reporting problems with machinery, systems and mechanical equipment, heating, ventilation equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, Building Management Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
