Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Director of Engineering, the Chief Engineer oversees and manages the maintenance and repair of owner units, common areas, and central systems, including water, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Ability to understand plans, specifications, other technical documentation, building security, locks, and hardware, ground recreational facilities management, pest control (including insects, rodents, cats, etc.), and sanitation.
