Duties could include, but are not limited to, analysis and research, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, forecasting, trend analysis, maintaining and enhancing various information technology systems, preparing complex reports and processing of payroll operations. Develop and maintain spreadsheet models for multi-year forecasts of revenues and expenditures taking into account historical trends, maintenance and operation costs, projected debt service, capital costs, City policies, labor agreements, and state and federal laws.
