The Chief Information Officer is responsible for establishing the college's long-term technology vision, leading institutional technology governance, and ensuring that technology investments, policies, and services support EICC's mission, advance student success, strengthen operational effectiveness, and enable responsible innovation across the institution. Leadership and Strategic Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chancellor, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Leadership Team, and other leaders on technology governance, information technology investments, cybersecurity, digital modernization, artificial intelligence, data strategy, and enterprise risk.
