Primary Duties: Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and automate production by bridging the gap between the ERP system and the OT equipment within the facility Assist in managing the network infrastructure, installation, administration and configuration of industrial equipment connected to the enterprise network Work with production leadership to automate processes using APIs, scripts, custom applications, or other means to increase efficiency and reduce human error Provide technical assistance to machine operators, maintenance, vendors, and others as needed regarding industrial equipment connected to the network Maintain communication with customer(s) to efficiently solve problems, coordinate downtime, and ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved Work with maintenance staff to resolve critical equipment outages in a timely manner with flexibility to occasionally work after hours or weekends as needed Perform miscellaneous related duties and other duties as assigned. Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and other related endpoint and server technologies Experience or knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment Experience administering a Microsoft SQL server, Actian Zen, or other database server(s) in an enterprise environment Patience, knowledge and experience providing customer service and direct end-user support Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously and meet milestones and deadlines throughout the life of the project(s) Strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills - the applicant should be able to convey technical information to non-technical staff in a manner that is efficient, effective, and courteous Self-starter who remains organized and can collaborate with all levels of associates within the company Ability to lift 40 lbs.
