As a member of the Care Team, the Mobile Health Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative and clinical tasks essential for the efficient care of patients including scheduling appointments, registering patients, performing basic medical assessment (vital signs), and assisting patients with insurance enrollment for state, federal and private insurance schemes. Perform all tests, procedures, and other services according to the policy and procedure of LCHC, notify the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner of instrument or procedural problems when performing the same, and direct questions concerning the same to the persons in appropriate authority over the service in question.
