Validates applicable certifications and maturity elements for completeness and accuracy, including the liaison with Combat Systems Port Engineers, ISIC’s, PARM’s, NAVSEA baseline managers, and Fleet Commander Representatives to ensure MARMC, AITS, and Ships’ Forces can execute the FRP in an integrated environment, with the latest approved technologies.
