The Compliance Specialist conducts compliance audits, monitors departmental compliance activities, assists with investigations, analyzes performance metrics, prepares reports and presentations for leadership, and supports the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and process improvements that promote ethical conduct, reduce risk, and enhance operational performance. The role collaborates with physicians, nursing, sterile processing, finance, administrative leaders, and system-wide stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, validate and communicate data requirements, manage project resources, and support hospital and Mass General Brigham (MGB) initiatives.
