Possess a BS degree, ideally in Cyber Security, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, are Submarine Warfare qualified, and have extensive relevant experience with detailed operational employment of submarines and their systems, to incldue offensive or defensive cyber operations. Coordinate with system developers, Navy labs, and other University-affiliated research centers to plan and execute cyber resiliency test, ensuring cyber test scope, analysis methodology, appropriate measures of performance, and data required to execute analysis are mission-relevant and comprehensive.
