You will act as the senior technical escalation point for complex network issues, collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Network Architect, Application Development teams, Server Administration, and Solutions Engineering teams, and ensure high availability, security, and performance across all on premise and cloud networks. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Server Admins, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development) to support physical server builds, VLAN/VPC provisioning, and secure connectivity across environments.
