The ideal candidate enjoys solving real hardware problems, is comfortable moving between CAD or documentation work and hands-on lab execution, and can coordinate effectively with validation engineers, technicians, automation and electrical teams, project managers, facilities, IT, machine shops, and suppliers. High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant technical experience, OR an associate degree or technical certification in mechanical technology, manufacturing, electro-mechanical systems, electronics, computer hardware, or a related field, OR a bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
