Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development; performing high-level system design; specifying system/component performance and interface requirements; and developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans. Relevant experience must be in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning).
