Work involves avariety of the following duties: replacing electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures,patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, replacing water coolers filters,toilets seats, painting structures and equipment, replacing damaged floor tiles, hangingor adjusting doors, and rain gutter cleaning. The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair ofequipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency)in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
