A key element of the position is to provide balanced technical leadership and guidance across the entire product lifecycle This includes support of developing Product Strategy, Proposal Activity, NPI, Development Programs, Production Programs, field related issues and quality escapes. 10 years-experience in design and support of power electronics and associated controls systems, requirements development, design, product development, testing, qualification, validation and verification, technology validation for new product introduction and field issue resolution of Electric Power systems.
