In collaboration with the Senior Designer and Project Architect, manages the execution and delivery of implementation documents through all phases of the project, including contracts, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, documentation, specifications and construction, field observations, change orders, pay requests, and furnishings selection and purchase, post-occupancy evaluation and harvesting and sharing lessons learned on project impact. Assists with business development, marketing, and negotiation efforts in the procurement of new projects and clients, especially as it relates to additional work/add services from existing clients; prepares and finalizes project contracts and subcontracts.
