ServiceNow administration or development experience in any of ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, or SPM; ServiceNow Service Portal Experience highly preferred; Expertise in SEO and driving web traffic to the correct pages; Google Analytics experience; Intermediate to advanced experience working with web languages (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Angular, AngularJS, Etc.); Intermediate database skills, MS SQL preferred, including working with both queries and stored procedures; Intermediate experience working with .NET programming languages, preferably C#; Experience with problem-solving and utilizing troubleshooting techniques. Works independently and/or with team members to:Provide architectural design, development, testing, installation, deployment, maintenance, and administration of enterprise hardware and software systems.
