Leading a highly cross‑functional team, the LPI integrates engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service to deliver products that meet performance, safety, reliability, and compliance requirements—while ensuring manufacturability and serviceability at launch. Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, program, or project leadership roles within a manufacturing, development, or research environment, including demonstrated leadership of global and/or virtual teams and delivery against quality, performance, schedule, and budget expectations.
