This position is expected to lead failure investigations using structured problem‑solving and causal‑analysis techniques (5‑Why, Fishbone, etc.) and, when necessary, lead a team of Subject Matter Experts in a facilitator role to quickly identify root cause, complete containment actions, assign corrective/preventive actions and track those actions to successful and timely closure. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Designing industrial automation systems: Develop detailed schematics, specifications, and design documentation for computer networks, PLC installations, VFD systems, and UPS solutions, considering I/O requirements, process control, power‑backup needs, and overall system integration.
