Applicants must meet ONE of the following qualification pathways: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or related high-need populations. Bachelor’s degree in a non-Human Services field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four (4) years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or related high-need populations.
