3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, supplier industrialization, supplier development, quality engineering, or related disciplines involving Tailored Welded Blanks, steel processing, flat-rolled steel, stamping/blanking, Steel Service Centers, or other high-volume metallic manufacturing processes. Own the industrialization of Steel Service Center operations supporting Tesla production, including coil receiving and storage, coil handling, slitting, leveling, blanking, cut-to-length operations, packaging, identification, traceability, scrap management, and logistics.
