WHAT YOU'LL DO • Assist lead teachers in caring for infants and toddlers (6 weeks–24 months) • Help with diapering, feeding, bottle prep, and nap time routines • Engage babies and toddlers in age-appropriate sensory play and learning • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment • Support children's social-emotional development with patience and care • Communicate warmly with families and work as part of a team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Infant/Toddler experience strongly preferred (childcare center, nanny, or family care) • 45-hour Infant/Toddler Child Development training preferred — or willingness to complete • Gentle, patient, and reliable with a genuine love for babies • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
