Major Responsibilities and Duties: Instructional Practices • Promote the expectation for high-level performance from students and recognize excellence and achievement • Develop and monitor instructional and classroom management strategies to ensure that instructional practices are aligned to evidence-based practices implemented with fidelity • Ensure high-quality instructional materials and resources are implemented with fidelity • Prepare for class assigned and fully internalize lessons and instructional requirements of the districts curriculum program • Evaluate and assess student performance in alignment with campus and district practices and expectations • Assess and document student mastery of curriculum objectives and student progress • Disaggregate and interpret data in order to assist in developing appropriate next steps for classroom improvement • Integrates technology to enhance real-world applications to the learners experience • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, materials, and technology to meet the diverse needs of students.
