As an instrumental member of our Leadership Team, the Value Stream Leader is expected to work collaboratively with other leadership, operations, functional areas, and employees to promote a productive and amicable work environment, while still efficiently meeting the business needs. Become familiar with all phases of plant operations, including (but not limited to): CNC operations, manual machining, grinding, polishing, deburring, bluing, inspection, assembly, and testing.
