The Workday Solutions Architect will initially play a key role in the Firm’s transition to Workday, supporting Workday HCM implementation activities, data migration and validation, integrations, configuration, testing, reporting, dashboards, and business process optimization before taking broader ownership across the firm’s Human Resource and payroll systems. Serve as a key leader in the firm's enterprise HR technology transformation, guiding the successful migration from UKG to Workday and driving all phases of implementation, including strategy, requirements definition, process design, configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment, change management, and post-production stabilization, and post-go-live support.
