The program supports the CIO and Authorizing Official (AO) in designing, fielding, operating, maintaining, securing, and defending DC3's IT infrastructure, including enterprise IT portfolio management, cybersecurity operations, threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance. The PM has the authority to make decisions for the contractor's organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments; the authority to commit the prime contractor's organization; and be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues.
