Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline Fifteen (15) years of experience in program management, project management, contract management, or a related field Advanced knowledge of program and project management principles, methodologies, and best practices Knowledge of government contracting, contract administration, and performance management Knowledge of budgeting, resource management, workforce planning, and risk management Ability to manage complex programs, projects, and customer relationships Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and organizational objectives Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build collaborative working relationships Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, government customers, and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required. Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders Experience overseeing program budgets, staffing, and resource allocation Experience leading geographically dispersed or multidisciplinary teams Experience supporting strategic planning, business growth, and organizational initiatives Experience briefing senior government and executive leadership.
