Help make SEV execution and reliability operations more predictable across orgs - Improve visibility and accountability without taking over DRI ownership Responsibilities - Coordinate with SEV Process DRIs and cross-functional partners to ensure SEV reviews are scheduled within SLA windows, completed on time, and tracked clearly across teams - Maintain visibility into outstanding SEVs, overdue action items, and other execution backlogs by generating and distributing clear views for stakeholders across orgs - Monitor key execution timelines including PSA deadlines, review completion timing, action item due dates, and other reliability program milestones, and identify or flag issues when commitments are at risk - Apply escalation policies consistently and route risks, delays, and SLA violations to DRIs, Area Leads, Directors, and other stakeholders as needed - Coordinate planning and execution for cross-functional reliability programs and process improvements, including work to close monitoring blind spots and reduce reliability gaps that contribute to SEVs - Support the re-establishment and operationalization of scalable reliability processes, including SEV management processes, code yellow and code red frameworks, and SLO and SLA breach processes in partnership with engineering and service owners - Drive operational support for the top risk assessment program by helping create unified risk frameworks, hotspot dashboards, and other data-driven mechanisms for reliability prioritization and decision-making Requirements - Experience in technical program management, program operations, incident management, or a similar cross-functional coordination role - Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams, manage backlogs and dependencies, and help drive timelines to completion - Ability to surface execution risk clearly and promptly, apply policies consistently, and escalate issues appropriately in time-sensitive situations - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to individual contributors, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders - Strong attention to detail and good judgment while working through ambiguity and maintaining structure, accountability, and momentum - Sufficient technical fluency to understand incident management workflows, program milestones, reliability processes, and cross-functional dependencies - Ability to support recurring operational processes with consistency, follow-through, and strong organizational discipline Preferred Requirements - Experience supporting incident management, reliability, operations, or other execution-heavy technical programs - Familiarity with SEV processes, post-incident reviews, action item tracking, and reliability operations - Experience building reporting views or dashboards for backlog visibility, risk tracking, and execution monitoring - Experience working with engineering and operational stakeholders across organizations - Familiarity with SLO and SLA management, escalation processes, or service reliability frameworks Comments for Suppliers: Pay rate: $55-$60/hr Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Remote Duration : 12 months Job Description: As a Technical Program Manager focused on the reliability program, you will provide execution support that helps the SEV program and related reliability work run consistently across organizations.
