Responsibilities Include: • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) • Provide overall contract oversight, staffing coordination, and performance management • Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverable timelines • Lead weekly and monthly status reporting • Plan, develop, edit, and finalize complex technical and operational documents • Coordinate SME input and oversee document lifecycle management • Ensure compliance with Government formatting, branding, and Section 508 requirements • Perform final quality reviews prior to submission. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Business, or related field • 8+ years of technical writing/editing experience • 3+ years of federal program or project management experience • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
