Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to the project team, ensuring robust, defensible, and accurate cost estimates for all project phases (this role requires an in-depth understanding of complex, construction, Department of Energy (DOE) regulations, and the unique estimating challenges of the nuclear security enterprise). - Collaborate with the project controls, engineering, and project management teams to ensure that cost estimates are fully integrated with work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, and risk assessments.
