The position includes conducting specialized building enclosure services such as performance testing services and forensic services of window, curtain wall, storefront, and doors, walls, and roofs, as well as smoke test, electronic leak detection tests, infrared surveys, and other building envelope testing and construction observations. A minimum of 3 years' experience with construction monitoring, specifically roofing, windows, waterproofing and façade systems, or building enclosure system testing and/or inspections is preferred.
