Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to support tower construction and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of project milestones, including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines. Installation of RF and antenna system components such as antennas, TMA's, RRU's, diplexers, coax, hybrids, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.) knowledge and experience of major carrier sites including upgrades, MODS, NSB, Electrical, Civil, DAS, Small Cells, etc.
