Demonstrated experience working as an Owners Representative, Clerk of the Works, Superintendent, or Supervisor role in large scale mixed-use construction management is strongly preferred. Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily logs, correspondence, permits, meeting minutes, submittals, test reports, insurance documents, and other contract-related materials.
