This role serves as a primary technical resource during overnight operations, independently handling hardware installations, break/fix activities, diagnostics, and operational support to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of critical systems. This position may require access to hardware, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
