Overview 
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Salesforce experience to support initiatives within a Sales Technology environment and/or financial services. This role will be responsible for facilitating meetings, gathering business requirements, developing project plans, managing budgets, and driving execution across cross-functional business and technical teams. 
The Project Manager will work closely with IT leadership, architects, database administrators, infrastructure teams, networking teams, and Salesforce professionals to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting Salesforce-driven environments within financial services or enterprise sales support organizations. 
This is a high-visibility onsite role requiring strong stakeholder communication and delivery ownership across multiple teams. 
Key Responsibilities 
Project Planning & Execution<ul><li>Define project timelines and develop detailed project plans and task lists</li><li>Draft proposals and support project estimation activities</li><li>Maintain budgets and project accounting throughout the lifecycle</li><li>Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of initiatives</li></ul>
Stakeholder & Team Coordination

<ul><li>Coordinate across business stakeholders and technical delivery teams</li><li>Provide consistent project status updates and progress tracking</li><li>Delegate and prioritize tasks across internal and external resources</li><li>Lead status meetings and milestone tracking across contributors</li></ul>
Risk & Issue Management

<ul><li>Identify and assess risks proactively throughout project execution</li><li>Drive issue resolution across stakeholders and delivery teams</li><li>Maintain accountability for deadlines and deliverables</li></ul>
Delivery Leadership & Support

<ul><li>Support onboarding and mentoring of project team members</li><li>Assist with planning, budgeting, implementation activities, and documentation quality</li><li>Ensure consistency in project messaging, communication standards, and execution approach</li></ul>
Required Qualifications

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience</li><li>3+ years of Project Management experience supporting Salesforce environments</li><li>Experience supporting Sales Technology and/or Financial Services organizations</li><li>Strong analytical and complex problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams</li><li>Prior experience coordinating delivery teams or project contributors</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline</li><li>PMP and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification</li><li>Experience working with contact center technologies</li><li>Experience coordinating with infrastructure, networking, database, and architecture teams in enterprise IT environments</li></ul>
