The primary responsibility is to understand the industry landscape and customer needs, and to develop, differentiate, and commercialize innovative technology solutions that deliver unique value to customers. These solution strategies should integrate with the U.S. Medical Products & Distribution value proposition to drive revenue, accelerate growth, and enhance the profitability of the U.S. Medical Products & Distribution business.Responsibilities<ul><li>Portfolio Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of technology solutions, including financial performance, roadmap, development, and commercialization, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Innovation & Differentiation: Drive the creation of innovative and differentiated technology solutions that address distribution customer challenges and deliver measurable value.</li><li>Market & Customer Insight: Understand the distribution industry, customer needs, and emerging trends to inform solution strategies and ensure relevance and competitiveness.</li><li>Strategic Integration: Align technology solutions with the broader U.S. Medical Products & Distribution value proposition to strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.</li><li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless development and launch of technology solutions.</li><li>Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to evaluate solution adoption, customer impact, and financial performance.</li><li>Thought Leadership: Represent the technology solutions portfolio in customer engagements, industry forums, and internal strategy discussions to advocate for innovation and differentiation.</li></ul>Financials and Performance Metrics<ul><li>Tracking the financial progress to measure their effectiveness and monitor performance metrics</li><li>Regular report-outs to management with insights and recommended actions to exceed financial commitments.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market insights for stakeholders.</li></ul>Product Marketing and GTM Strategies<ul><li>Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.</li><li>Create value propositions that resonate with target customer segments.</li><li>Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including timelines and messaging,</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT & development, enablement, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure a successful launch</li><li>Provides product market insights through a strong working knowledge of the distribution solutions portfolio, market trends, competitive behavior, and customer segments. </li><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies. They must have the poise and executive presence required to be a leader within the team, interact with other employees in a cross functional, company-wide manner. This highly visible position will play a large role in shaping sales incentive programs for our pharmaceutical segment.This position can be remote/work from home anywhere in the US.Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead the design and governance of sales incentive programs for our pharmaceutical segment with partnership across the enterprise</li><li>Maintain knowledge of best practices and industry standard suggestions to align business strategies with sales plan designs</li><li>Prepare and deliver executive summaries for sales incentive plan design and effectiveness throughout the year</li><li>Participates on project teams and focuses on process improvement, automating processes, and reducing exceptions for sales incentive plans</li><li>Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommends changes to ensure alignment with compensation trends and organizational objectives.</li><li>Interprets and summarizes analytical results and makes recommendations regarding the development and maintenance of compensation programs.</li><li>Collaborates with key stakeholders to construct and lead key presentations and training on incentive plans, sales tools and technology.</li><li>Provides advice and guidance to management and key stakeholders on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.</li><li>Prepare and deliver education material and training to help other groups understand more about variable compensation</li><li>Conducts sales job evaluations for any level with market pricing, functional and local calibration and framework scoring. Explains methods/results/recommendations with stakeholders</li><li>Participates/completes compensation surveys for the sales function.
