The Controller will oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, job profitability, cash management, internal controls, and the accounting team while partnering closely with operations and executive leadership. You should be comfortable digging into cost and profitability data, leading an accounting team, improving systems and controls, and communicating financial insights directly to senior leadership.
