Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with PTUSA’s design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company data systems, business systems, and digital platforms, including AI solutions, ERP systems, customer portals, reporting tools, and related technologies. Lead PTUSA-owned plans and implementation efforts relating to new system deployment, process automation, ERP enhancements, AI-enabled solutions, customer portal improvements, and data infrastructure expansion.
