The Senior Building Operations Technology Analyst position will oversee the operation and maintenance of the Bastrop Building Automation System, incorporating supervisory controls, network engines, equipment controllers, multiple communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MSTP, N2), Instrumentation and Controls supporting HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Mechanical, Lighting, and Electrical equipment, real time process and data monitoring, and data collection/analysis for equipment supporting Research and Building Operations throughout multiple commercial buildings on campus. BAS Analyst position is to define the building automation system and operations technology scope and architecture based upon user needs to include the programming and development of control systems and data management as it relates to strategic building automation, energy management and infrastructure initiatives.
