Duties and Responsibilities The Director of Internal Audit is responsible for: Planning and Execution <ul><li>Managing the University Office of Internal Audit in accordance with the ULS Internal Audit Charter and Global Internal Audit Standards (the Standards). In coordination with the ULS Chief Audit Executive, the director must establish and implement methodologies to promote accurate, objective, clear, concise, constructive, complete, and timely internal audit communications. </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications The following are required: <ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Management, Information Technology, or other business-related discipline </li><li>A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation or other relevant professional education, certifications, and credentials.
