This role serves as both a people leader and technical product owner, overseeing LMS administration and a team of systems trainers (e.g., EHR and Revenue Cycle), while ensuring learning technologies, integrations, and data processes effectively support workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across the organization. Own and oversee inbound and outbound integrations supporting learning operations, including APIs, data flows, and connectivity with Oracle HCM modules, identity management/SSO, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.
