Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role is preferred, but not required. The right person will be comfortable giving direction, holding people accountable, solving problems, working the line, opening and closing the restaurant, and taking ownership of results.
