This role works closely with customers, end users, project managers, engineers, network personnel, security personnel, and other technical teams to identify infrastructure requirements, resolve connectivity issues, support network deployments, and complete cabling projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Network Cabling Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and upgrade of structured cabling and network infrastructure supporting facilities and other secure operational environments.
