Key Responsibilities: + Own month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial review + Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clean up any discrepancies + Support cost accounting / inventory analysis (if applicable) + Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis + Help improve and document processes and internal controls + Provide general accounting support to alleviate workload across the team What We're Looking For: + Controller, Sr. Accountant, or Cost Accountant background + Strong GL and reconciliation experience + Experience in mid-to-large ERP systems (manufacturing or cost environments a plus) + Ability to jump in quickly, work independently, and drive results + High attention to detail and a proactive approach Requirements - Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
