Please note all candidates MUST complete our online application to be considered for employment.This is a part-time, year-round position Monday through Friday located in Bow, NH.Compensation: $20/hourPosition Information:The Graphic Designer supports the Sales and Marketing departments by conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-quality signage and marketing materials. This role involves operating and maintaining design software and printing equipment while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of signage requests.Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:<ul><li>Design, production, and delivery of paper, vinyl, and adhesive fabric signage and marketing collateral.</li><li>Finishing processes such as hand and small stack cutter cutting, adhesive mounting to coroplastics and grommeting of signage.</li><li>Efficient and timely distribution of signage to the sales team.</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create visually compelling signage and marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator & Beta programs).</li><li>Responsible for digital asset management, including reviewing multiple online image catalogs downloading, and organizing files in appropriate directories and purging expired files.</li><li>Operate and maintain HP wide-format printers and related equipment.</li><li>Communicate with external vendors and suppliers as needed for printing materials, special projects, or outsourcing.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill design and branding needs.</li><li>Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail and brand consistency.</li><li>Complete other duties and special assignments as directed by management.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and production techniques.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of digital print production, signage materials, and finishing processes.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>2-3 years of experience in design and production preferred.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Combination of office and warehouse environments.</li><li>Must be capable of lifting paper rolls on a regular basis.</li><li>Business casual attire required.</li></ul>Job Title: Graphic DesignerDepartment: MarketingReports To: Graphics SupervisorExempt/Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptDirect Report: None
