The results may include an accountability for individual contribution as well as team performance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Basic Qualifications:</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>6 months customer service experience</li><li>Required Skills and Experiences:</li><li>1+ years of prior banking experience - Ideally as a customer-facing Bank Teller or Universal Banker</li><li>1+ years of sales experience - This position will up- and cross-sell banking products and service.
