As part of our world-class Geisinger Neuroscience Institute, we have innovative high-value clinical protocols for acute inpatient and chronic outpatient disease management, a 20-year clinical data warehouse (Geisinger had one of the very first Epic systems), and a groundbreaking population genomics program. Founded more than 100 years ago by Abigail Geisinger, the system now includes ten hospital campuses, a 550,000-member health plan, two research centers and the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
