Job Description Summary Position Objective:The Outside Sales Representative develops and maximizes the Temporary Containment Wall (TCW) market share in all sectors within their assigned territory or region. This role will be responsible for generating profitable business in the areas of healthcare construction/isolation, infection control and other related fields. This includes developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity. Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Embrace and promote Sunbelt's safety culture</li><li>Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and to develop new customers within assigned territory and markets segment to "grow the business"</li><li>Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or traveling throughout the assigned territory for planned visits or cold calls</li><li>Provide technical sales and application solutions for customers</li><li>Prepare detailed proposals to solicit orders, close deals and win business</li><li>Coordinate project specs with internal operational team members to ensure that the objective of the job is accomplished in accordance with the customer timeline and requirements</li><li>Monitor market data such as competitor products, sales and marketing activities within assigned territory</li><li>Maintain CRM database daily through consistent entering of sales calls and job site details</li><li>In concert with management, develop and achieve applicable Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets KPI's, revenue & market growth targets</li><li>Learn all technical aspects of equipment, function and appropriate applications</li><li>Provides technical training to customers relating to use, operation and maintenance of equipment</li><li>Assist with all aspects of the business to ensure customer success as needed, including product demo, delivery and routine diagnostics</li><li>Primary point of contact for customers during the planning, troubleshooting and completion throughout the lifespan of TCW projects</li><li>Develop and manage relationships with local, regional and national sellers in general tool and specialty divisions</li></ul> Requirements:Education & Experience:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience plus 2+ years of direct experience in construction-related sales</li><li>Requires a proven track record in consultative selling</li><li>Requires a strong construction background with the ability to learn engineering concepts</li><li>Working knowledge of Infection control risk assessment (ICRA) standards a plus</li><li>Self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, highly motivated, and a results-driven sales professional</li><li>Ability to problem solve and think outside the box to determine solutions</li><li>Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple opportunities and clients concurrently</li><li>Ability to work effectively and meet sales objectives without detailed day-to-day direction</li><li>Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must</li><li>Potential for up to 50% travel dependent on territory assigned</li></ul> Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - 72,558.00Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Job Description Summary Position Objective:The Installation Technician, Temporary Containment Wall will be responsible for providing installation and advisory services on all TCW projects and will help serve as a secondary point of contact between Sunbelt Rentals and our onsite customer. Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure accurate and safe assembly, installation and removal of temporary containment wall equipment, along with regular inspection of all TCW equipment while onsite</li><li>Review current inventory and help coordinate shipment for orders on assigned projects</li><li>Assist PCM and OSR to review order accuracy, product quality and equipment maintenance/repair for all TCW products</li><li>Liaison with customer project managers or infection control supervisor on site preparation, equipment delivery and crew training</li><li>Help communicate design modifications and equipment substitutions to onsite customer </li><li>Maintain all company standards for safety on jobsites and while traveling to and from work locations</li><li>Transport, load and unload materials</li><li>Promote a team environment with co-workers and other departments</li><li>Promote internal and external Customer Service excellence</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements:Education & Experience:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of experience in skilled trades relating to construction such as carpentry, MEP or related field</li><li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Commitment to customer service and ability to go above and beyond to complete a project</li><li>Travel: up to 50% or more based on project volume and customer need</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that would pass approval by our insurer</li><li>Commitment to safety in all facets of work</li><li>Working knowledge of Temporary Containment Wall systems, including installation, modification and tear down preferred</li></ul> Base Pay Range: $18.05 - 25.94 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
