Oversee quality assurance, develop, maintain, and distribute the Critical Path Method schedule, create and manage submittal logs to ensure timely material delivery, and support the development of milestone schedules. Prepare and assist with financial reporting and margin analysis, cost estimates, budgets, prepare and present change estimates, work timetables and handle subcontractor and vendor invoicing as well as progress billings.
