Identifies labor resource needs and allocates as required to repair, maintain and/or enhance park and building facilities, including but not limited to building generators, HVAC systems, roofs, fire suppression systems, backflow devices, lift stations, interior/exterior lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, interior/exterior painting, flooring, office equipment, appliances, bus shelters and park structures. Assists, researches, prepares monitors Division operating and Capital Improvement budget; notifies Director of expenditure trends, needs, concerns or problem areas, Assists in the selection, training, personal/professional development and evaluation of Division personnel; works with employees to correct deficiencies; recommends promotions, disciplinary actions and terminations.
